Your Order

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club, debit cards, and prepaid debit cards. To protect your information, connection to our website is secured using a strong protocol version and cipher suite, and all our web content and resources are served securely over a valid SSL certificate.

If you already have an Amazon or PayPal account that is more convenient for you than filling in our checkout forms, our website gives you the option to login and check out securely using shipping and billing information stored in either of these accounts

Once you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order will be completed within 24 hours, at which time we will dispatch your items to you and send you a second email confirming your order and  containing your tracking number and courier information.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out within the T&C.

We reserve the right refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time and to cancel  an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If this is the case, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods, we shall refund the full amount as soon as we are able. In the event that products are recalled in transit, we will process your refund once the products have been returned to us.

Returns

All products are eligible for return (unless it is stated otherwise on their product pages) and can be returned to Yakutti within 20 days after the delivery date. To initiate a return fill in this form to request a Return Shipping Label. We will email you a Shipping Label and instructions for returning your item within 24 hours.

All products must be returned in a new unused condition, and with the original packaging and any certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal.

Products returned without original documentation will be rejected. So will products that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery.

Once we receive returned items, we will process the return and issue a full refund which should be processed for the customer in 1 to 7 business days.
